SUPT. Isaac Okrah: MPhil( Forensics), Dip.( Statistics), B(Ed) Math.
He is a Gazetted Fingerprint Expert with the Forensic unit of the Ghana Police Service Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
He is a seasoned fingerprint expert with tremendous experience in Criminal Investigation in several national and inter-continental cases.
He has applied knowledge in both theoretical and practical fingerprint Investigation methods and has been an expert witness in criminal cases in the apex court of the nation.
He is a graduate research assistant in the department of Forensic Science – Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and a B(Ed) in Mathematics from the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana.
He holds a Diploma in Statistics and Advance Mathematics from University of Ghana, Legon , Advance in Fingerprint and Computer ,New Delhi, India and Crime Scene Investigation (Lyon), France.
He was trained in FBI Advanced Latent Fingerprint Trg and AST/AFIS and Dactyloscopy by the American Embassy and the Spanish Embassy in Accra respectively.
He has been involved in facilitating courses in fingerprint in Universities and other security Services. He has also been the lead consultant in several Continuous Professional Development programs. His research areas are: Fingerprint and Crime Scene Investigation.
